Lodging
of participants (for the duration of the conference
only i.e. from Sunday night, August 21, till Saturday morning, August 27) is organized in
apartments with single or double bedrooms, located at the Institute or in the
village. It will be arranged by the
staff of the Institute following, as much as possible, your preferences.
Please don’t forget to fill up the accommodation form (see Registration), which we transfer
to the Cargese Institute
The Institute has also its own campground with all sanitary facilities (camping
equipment is not furnished:
tent, sleeping bag and other camping items are necessary).
Price list:
* Shared room at the Institute or in the village: 26 Euros per night
* Individual room at the Institute or in the village: 38 Euros per
night
* Studio in the village: 66 Euros per night
* Camping at the Institute: 3.50 Euros per night (Showers etc. are available.
You have to bring your own camping equipment.)
Lunch for all participants will be served at the Institute : 9.40 Euros per
lunch
Because of other meetings just before and after ECRYS-2005, it will
not be possible to extend you stay within the institute facilities beyond
exact days of our meeting.
For early/late arrivals and early/late departures, the Institute
