July 9 : The tentative programme is placed on the website of the conference. The quotas and instructions for the manuscript preparation for the proceedings of ECRYS-2005 are announced. June 15 : The registration is closed. The list of keynote speakers is announced. The programme will be placed on the web July 9. May 16 : Acceptance letters have been distributed over potential participants. The list of expected participants is posted at the web, see section Programme. April 30: The abstract submission is closed. You will receive the notification by e-mail. April 7: Registration form and details of payment are announced. Mars 31:     ECRYS-2005 got the status of EuroPhysics supported conference, participants from from East European countries (among them: Croatia, Hungary, Russia, Slovenia, Ukraine) are eligible for obtaining a financial support which can be delivered "directly to individuals through the East West Fund" The procedure is a bit complicated while the time left is very short (by April 30 the documents must arrive to the EPS via its national representative, please visit http://www.fzu.cz/varia/ewtf/countries.html). We kindly request to check the conditions at the web site http://www.eps.org/conferences.html and act appropriately. Certainly the first step, unless already done, is to download your Abstract proposal at the ECRYS site. Also, please inform us about your applications which we shall try to follow. Please notice that there will be no other means for support of scientists of this region at our meeting. February 9: Call for abstracts, please don't forget to indicate the preferable section (or sections) for your talk.
