There will be a targeted HEAPnet (High Energy Astroparticle Physics) I3 call:
INFRA-2011-1.1.23. Research Infrastructures for astroparticle physics: High energy cosmic rays, multi-messenger approach.

This call will normally be published in the end of July and the dead line for submission is November 25, 2010 (these dates may still change).

To prepare the proposal, a plenary HEAPnet meeting will be held October 4-5, 2010, at "Institut Henri Poincaré" PARIS
