"Long Range Correlations, the Ridge and the Glasma"
|
I discuss long range correlations as measured at RHIC in heavy ion collisions. I argue that these correlations are a consequence of flux tubes of color electric and color magnetic fields associated with the Color Glass Condensate, and which appear in the Glasma phase. I discuss the features of the Glasma and Color Glass Condensate which induce these structures. The LHC mat provide a variety of definitive and conclusive measures of such phenomena.
