Projet de détecteur Si hautement segmenté : TRACE
TRACE is a project to develop new instrumentation based on Si-detector technology aiming to the study of direct reactions and charged particle-fragment correlations in coincidence with g-rays. High intensity radioactive ion beams (RIBs) provided by the new generation facilities like ALTO and SPIRAL2 in France, or SPES in Italy, will allow to investigate single particle structure in neutron rich nuclei. Moreover the availability of high intensity accelerator for stable beams will also open new perspectives in the study of unexpected phenomena like the cluster properties of the nuclear systems. lire la suite |
